SKILLED NURSING SERVICE
Care provided is basically the same as in the hospital or nursing home.Complete systems assessment. Wide variety of medical treatment and procedure as indicated by the patient’s individualized care plan. Educate the client concerning his/ her medical condition and medications. PHYSICAL THERAPY
The Physical Therapist assesses a beneficiary’s rehabilitation needs, potential and implements a physical therapy program based on the beneficiary’s condition. Gait Training, Strengthening and Therapeutic exercises, Range of motion And many more services.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Occupational Therapy will recommend modification in the physical environment when required to accommodate the patient’s needs. Provide instructions in self-care activities including eating, dressing, personal hygiene and more.
SPEECH THERAPY
Cancer, Stroke and other diseases can often impair the patient’s ability to speak clearly. A speech therapist can help the patient adjust to and possibly overcome the problems.
MEDICAL SOCIAL SERVICES
Medical Social Services are necessary in reaching social, financial and emotional problems, which may impede patient’s medical condition or rate of recovery.
HOME HEALTH AIDE
Home Health Aides provide the same services received by a patient in the hospital or nursing home. The Home Health Aide performs or assists the patient in all aspects of personal care and activity of daily living.
