IDEAL
Home Health Inc. provides a less expensive alternative to nursing home or long term care Facilities for patients needing part-time Intermitted care. Often home health services are provided at no cost to patient or the patients family. Medicare frequently pays 100% of the expenses for our services, relieving the burden of financial responsibility from the patient and family.
ELIGIBILITY To be eligible for home health care under Medicare, the following criteria must be made.
1. There must be a need for skilled services in the home, such as nursing,physical therapy, or speech therapy.
2. Patient must be an eligible Medicare
beneficiary
3. Services must be provided under a plan care established and approved by the physician.
4. The patient must be essentially home- bound, requiring reasonable and taxing effort to leave home.
At the direction of the patient’s Physician Ideal Home Health, Inc., provides the following:
* Skilled Nursing
* Physical Therapy
* Occupational Therapy
* Medical Social Services
* Home Health Aides
